Replacement band [LG Watch Urbane 2nd Edition LTE LG-W200 (Stainless Steel Case, Black) - 289064]

Where can a replacement band be purchased? Mine has worn out from normal wear and tear after only 16 months.

We have just refered your enquiry to the purchasing team to check with our contacted suppliers to see if we could find the replacement straps for the LG Watch Urbane 2. We will send you an update once we got the feedback from our suppliers.

I'd also be interested in this. I contacted LG but they said they couldn't help as it wasn't a model sold in Australia. Couldn't even ship the part from overseas which I find hard to believe.

Hi both,

We are sorry for the late reply. We recently found a source that supplies the replacement band for the LG Watch Urbane 2 LTE LG-W200, which costs about A$35 to A$39 + overseas shipping A$21, and no RMA returns nor warranty covered. The supplier reminded us that the replacement bands are having chips at the ends where the antennas are that need to be more careful than other watch bands while replacing.

If you are happy with the cost and shipping, please send us confirmation by email (info@). One of our representatives will help you out with placing order.

Thanks Derek, but the email got cut off. Is it info @ expansys.com.au?

Also, this is the black rubber band yes? (Not the leather one)

I emailed info @ expansys.com about it. Thanks for chasing this up Derek.

Hi Matt,

According to the information from the supplier, the replacement band is silicone/rubber, which is same as the band that came with the watch.

The email should be info@expansys.com.au
